Carla Bentley, REALTOR® – Middle Georgia Roots, Real Estate Heart — Carla Bentley is in her sixth successful year as a dedicated REALTOR® serving Milledgeville, the Lake Country, and all of Middle Georgia. A proud graduate of Georgia College and State University, Carla spent 21 years in education, most of that time teaching right here in Milledgeville. Her deep ties to the community, both professionally and personally, give her a unique understanding of the area and the people who call it home.
Originally from Wilkinson County, Carla enjoys living out in the country with her husband of 38 years, Kevin. When she’s not guiding clients through the home-buying or selling process, you can find her traveling or spending treasured time with her six grandchildren.
Carla earned her real estate license in 2019 and never looked back. What started as a career shift quickly became a true calling. She finds joy in building lasting relationships with her clients and considers it an honor to help them navigate one of life’s biggest decisions—buying or selling a home.
One of Carla’s greatest passions is working with first-time homebuyers, especially when they’re former students or young adults she once mentored in her church youth group. There’s something incredibly meaningful to her about helping those she’s watched grow up step into homeownership.
